Angela Yung Chi Hou
Angela Yung-chi Hou is a Professor of Higher Education and the Associate Dean of the College of Education at the National Chengchi University in Taiwan. From 2016 to 2021, she served as the Executive Director of the Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan (HEEACT). She has more than 15 years of experience in quality assurance practices and international research, including her roles as Vice President and Board Member of the International Network of Quality Assurance in Higher Education (INQAAHE) and the Asia Pacific Quality Network (APQN). She has published over 130 articles, book chapters, and monographs on higher education policy, quality assurance, and internationalization.
