Junhua Xie is currently an Associate Professor at the State Key Laboratory of Food Science and Resources at Nanchang University, Nanchang, China. He obtained his B.Sc. in Bioengineering from China Agricultural University, his M.S. in Food Engineering from Nanchang University, and his Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, and Veterinary Medicine from Ghent University. He worked as a Research Assistant at the VIB-UGent Center for Inflammation Research from 2022 to 2023. His research interests focus on bacterial extracellular vesicles and host health.
