Dr. S. M. Harle is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Prof Ram Meghe College of Engineering and Management, Badnera. He holds degrees from the Government College of Engineering, Amravati (India) and the National Institute of Technology-Rourkela (India). After gaining valuable industry experience at Larsen & Toubro, where he rose to the position of Assistant Engineering Manager, he transitioned to his current role in academia.
With a decade of teaching experience and 2.5 years in industry, Dr. S. M. Harle completed his PhD in 2019, specializing in low-volume roads, with a focus on fiber-reinforced concrete, pavement design, and concrete technology. He has a prolific research background, boasting two granted patents and four pending ones, authoring seven books, and publishing over 80 research papers in prestigious international journals and conferences. His expertise extends to serving as a reviewer for respected journals like Elsevier, holding editorial positions in various publications, and actively participating in scientific committees for conferences, where he serves as a keynote speaker and session chair. Furthermore, Dr. Harle guides research projects for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
